Hobak jeon


"I love all the fixings that come at the beginning of a meal here, particularly the seaweed, watercress, and kimchi, which is the best part about Korean food. It is so radically different from Indian food, yet so flavorful with plenty of textures and temperatures. I always get the hobak jeon (zucchini pancake) and the gul jeon (oyster pancake) because I just can't decide between the two."
