Piperade omelette


"I love the piperade three-egg omelette with homefries, toast, goat cheese, and tomato sauce. A great chef friend turned me on to Brad's little eatery on Hastings East, and I was mesmerized by how they get the French-style omelette so light in colour. This omelette is surreal in the quality of the cooking and overall simple yet great ingredients."
