"Juni is an amazing Japanese chef and a very humble man, and he only serves top-quality fish. I try to avoid going to fancy restaurants very often because I've been working in them for 30 years, but I go here very often. It's walking distance from my place, so I love to go there for a small bottle of sake and a couple pieces of fish. I leave the restaurant and go back home feeling healthy and happy. Although it's a very expensive restaurant, I am a regular there."
