"On the way to Aubut to buy my groceries, I always stop by Satay Brothers to have my barbecue pork buns. One of the brothers was an ex-employee of mine at Le Club Chasse et Pêche, and I love what they're doing there. They make really good Thai street food, plus their mom is great and her recipes are amazing. I love the way the Chinese steamed bun is complimented by the fattiness from the pork belly and freshness of the cucumbers. I pick one up at the stand, eat it, and I'm out of there."
