"This place is really festive. They bring out coals to your table, and then an attendant comes over and cuts up your meat and grills it for you tableside. There are different varieties of cuts and marinades, but the short ribs are my favorite. Normally you don't see short ribs cooked so quickly because they are usually braised, so it's nice to get something different. I also really like their pork belly and duck."
