"This is a delightful mix of crazy flavors and textures. Every time I have it, the mix is a bit different. It's based on natto (a slimy, strong flavored fermented bean) with noodles of raw squid, yamo imo (a slimy crunch root vegetable), Japanese pickles, some other raw fish, okra and raw egg yolk, which are mixed all together at the last minute and slurp—intense deliciousness."
